It is a wonderful thing for a girl to have a hot figure. The following workout is the one my wife and I have developed for her, it really works. It is not designed to get you fit it is purely designed to make you look hot.This workout focuses on your abs and butt. My wife uses a hot machine, which is very cheap to buy; it is an Ab King Pro. You can buy one on E-Bay for $69.90. This machine really tightens your abs and gets rid of weight around the middle. My wife has 6 pack abs and this enables her to dress sexy and look great. My wife does enough reps to make her abs really hurt. Usually 3 sets of 100. Once you reach this point don't exercise again until the pain has fully gone. It is not actually the exercise that tightens your abs, it is the healing of the muscles over the next few days.
To look hot you need a hot butt. The way to get a hot butt is do squats with a set of weights on your shoulders. Place a folded towel on your neck, place the bar behind your neck, then bend at the knees till the tops of your legs are parallel with the floor then go up and down. Do three sets of 15 with as much weight as you can handle. My wife has 15 pounds each side.
Remember you are not working out for fitness, therefore you should use heavy weights (without being to heavy for you, be careful!) and do enough reps till it burns and hurts. Once you reach this point stop and don't exercise again until the pain as fully gone, usually two to three days. If you don't hurt for two days you have not worked out hard enough.
If weight is an issue, the only way the solve this is to run. Do not however get involved in running long distance. Find the biggest steepest hill and run up it and walk down it until your legs feel like they are about drop off. You must push yourself hard! Once you feel you can not carry on do 2 more. This will tone your legs and buns while you loose weight.
It will take about three months before you will really reap the benefit but once you do it will be fabulous. The good news is that this all you have to do to have the hottest body on the planet.
Two very important tips, you must stay out of the sun or wear a strong sun block while exercising. The sun is very bad for your skin and you will pay a very high price in later life for to much sun while you are young. Secondly always wear a sports bra. It is very important that you look after your breasts.
